Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product (PDF), refunds follow these conditions:
- If payment was made but the PDF was not delivered due to our fault — a full refund may be issued.
- If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will provide a corrected re-delivery.
- If the issue persists after re-delivery and is confirmed — a full refund may be issued.
- If a correct digital file was delivered, refunds for “changed mind” are generally not applicable.
- To request a refund, email support with your name, date of payment, selected plan, and issue description.
- Requests are reviewed within up to 5 business days; refunds are processed where possible via the original payment method.
